No, our consultation and x-ray charges are completely deducted from the Invisalign treatment cost. We also include any retainers needed (fixed and removable) for after treatment. The only additional charges that may be present would be for additional treatment needed to stabilise the health of your teeth and gums before Invisalign starts, or cosmetic treatment after Invisalign.

Your teeth will always try and return to their current position. After treatment we enter something called the retention phase of treatment. You will need to wear retainers nightly to hold the teeth in position and we may also place a fixed retainer on the back of your teeth to help hold them in position.

Yes, for the first few days the aligners will feel unusual, you may notice a bit of aching as the teeth start to move and may find your mouth has to adjust its posture around the aligners when speaking. This is usually a very quick process and within a week or two your mouth will fully adapt and it will feel unusual to have them out.
